Even though their hours said open, they were closed upon arrival. We had to call to get someone to come, who made it sound like an inconvenience to have to come and open when the reservation was booked already. Our card was on file already and we had declined any additional insurance, but the person kept pushing to us to get it after repeatedly saying “no.” The person helping stood there and just kept saying we were installing trailer wrong, without helping or explaining what to do. Overall the online process to secure the reservation was simple. The in-person process was not and the customer service was greatly lacking.
