This was a shit show! We were asked to haul a cargo trailer to hel uhaul move them to other locations.. so we did. Then when we talk to customer service which were helpful told being our home didn’t close to late so we couldn’t move til late they would bump it the next afternoon without charge. BUT THE GUY WHERE WE DEOPPED IT OFF TO WAS VERY NO WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO CHARGE YOU 40 for the trailer… next time no won’t help! The guy was an a**

Didn't see or talk to anyone at drop off
SHELBI WI should have been more though on my pick up check. The cab of the truck had not been cleaned completely and the drop off location charged me for this.
