The reps at the location were awesome. But I was not happy with the truck. The truck was dirty in cabin and about 9 pads in the back of the truck loose. And in a 90 degree day the air didn’t work . They did notify U-Haul and noted it in my account. They also discounted me $20.

The truck I rented did not have AC. The fan blew but it did not produce cold air. I also couldn’t change the direction the air came out.
Meagan HU-Haul moved my original pickup location to this one. When I arrived the address was a gas station. Several of the workers inside seemed confused and unsure of how to handle the U-Haul rental. When I finally talked to the supervisor after waiting for 20 minutes he told me to “just check in myself” and quickly walked away to do other tasks. I would definitely not recommend this location as it is not a U-Haul site and the employees at the gas station do not know how to properly check in/out a rental and seem to prioritize every other customer over the rental.
