Reserved the truck online and declined the insurance coverage. Checked my final receipt after I returned the truck and insurance was added on by the retailer without my knowledge. If this is common practice by this location, then customers are being ripped off and this is fraud. I’ll be giving U-Haul customer service a call this morning.

The gas was on E and I used under 15 miles and they still charged me extra I brought it back with a quarter tank gas

STEPHEN ZWe rented a truck from 8:30a-5:30p on 12/23/25. The truck was returned before 3:30pm on 12/23/25, yet, per the receipt I received via email, we were charged an entire extra day of rental because they said we did not return the truck until 6:36pm. This is an outright lie and I feel that location was being very deceptive. I have rented uhaul trucks many times but I will NEVER utilize this location again.
