Thr issue was not with the location.. it was with the uhaul on line service.. we had a reservation for 11 am. And could not get until 11:45 due to issues on their end.. so when we returned the uhaul at 11:30 the following day I was charged late fee.. if I wasnt able to get until 11:45 then 24 hours from that is 11:45 following day.. I was supposed to be charged 180 and ended up being 240$ not okay
