no one was there when I dropped the trailer off. Took pictures in case something happened to the trailer, to verify the condition and the location of the trailer. Felt nervous leaving the trailer where someone can take it.
LLOYD AIt is hard to answer these questions because the service center was closed upon my arrival on Saturday. The drop off went smoothly on the phone app without any help due to well-placed QR codes near the entrance. The location of this drop off center met my needs very well.
