I lost an entire hour of my rental time despite the fact that I checked in on the app because the manager does not allow the cashier to give the keys without his permission. When the cashier tried to call for his approval he did not call back until almost 45 minutes later. According to the cashier this happens frequently. What I don’t understand is that I showed the cashier the truck number on the app and yet she still had to call to turn over the keys.

The gas station workers were awesome and super quick.
Christine RI did not make my reservation with this place but was transformed because what I needed was not available at the original booking. Was told I would be contacted by 5pm about reservation which I never recieved. When I called to verify reservation & finally was able to get an answer 8:15 am I was told I needed to reapply info I already entered then told No they've got it. Couldn't get into app that requested I do so before pulling off. I didn't go expected 25 miles I put down i only went 12. I didn't need the 15.00 insurance because with my insurance I'm covered any vehicle I drive but was charged the 15.00 anyway. Didn't keep it the 8 hrs I put down only ended up being 6 brs. Mind you I went 12 Mike's, upon return I put 31.00 of gas in truck & after all this I was charged the amount they first quoted. Hiw is this possible ????

Melika GReserved the truck online and declined the insurance coverage. Checked my final receipt after I returned the truck and insurance was added on by the retailer without my knowledge. If this is common practice by this location, then customers are being ripped off and this is fraud. I’ll be giving U-Haul customer service a call this morning.
