The website says you can pick up after hours but he had to wait for me because that wasn’t true.. the truck I got had low milage but the front end was horrendous it wondered all over the road.

Gary HWhy dont you ask about UHAUL and your system/equipment as this negative rating is not at all about the location--he was fine. I made the reservation on February 16th for March 23!!! The 20' truck I ordered was NOT AVAILABLE so I had to take a 26' instead--much to big for what I needed, made packing a nightmare and driving as well---it developed a terrible front to back (porpoising) vibration at one point for about 30 miles I had to slow down to 50 on the highway. There was no APPLIANCE DOLLY available that I ordered----at this location or the next closest in Lebanon, OH. That made me use a smaller dolly and in moving a heavy item, the dolly cause damage that would not have happened had you given me an appliance dolly---both TRUCK AND DOLLY reserved over a month prior. And, of course, to add insult to injury--the 3 dozen moving pads I ordered was not available either "just the 26' truck that I did not order" a month+ prior..........Horrible experience.........I was told UHAUL does this all the time...........there have been no pads available in a month and same for dollies...........I will use PENSKE from now and and recommend anyone else do the same---this is a BAD BAD customer experience and the damage it cose me to repair because UHAUL DID NOT have an appliance dolly I reserved nor 3 dozen moving pads--I am going to send a bill into the President of UHaul to get it reimbursed---GO ELSEWHERE if you want to avoid a bad experience.
David BI only used the truck to store items from garage so no long distance travel. The facility manager was extremely accommodating and personable. Would recommend to a friend.
clarence sthis location tends to include the insurance without asking you only to find it on the final receipt. this happens even if you deny the insurance on the reservation form ahead of time!
