It was supposed to be a 24 hour drop off location. The property was fenced and gate was closed. There was no signage for where to leave the truck or keys. When I called customer service they didn’t know what to do either and a regional manager had to be called. We ended up leaving the truck in an empty lot across the street from the facility and leaving the keys in the mail box. It seemed kind of sketchy. They need to add a sign to the lot indicating it belongs to the storage facility.

The trailer lights didn’t work. Could even use it for what was needed. Got no use out of it. Bc lights didn’t work. Man didn’t hook up cables to car so when we left didn’t know they didn’t work.
