The trailer lights didn’t work. Could even use it for what was needed. Got no use out of it. Bc lights didn’t work. Man didn’t hook up cables to car so when we left didn’t know they didn’t work.

William kSince you don't have a review of your website and customer service I will put it here. The website would not allow me to choose a drop-off location nor would the customer service person allow me to do that. I just got an email that gave me a link to the drop-off location that we had "agreed" to. I had not agreed to anything. It turns out this one is over 30 miles from my end location when there is one just 5 miles away. Perhaps I should bill U-Haul for the fuel since I was billed $15 for bringing a trailer back that was cleaner than I received it. When I called to try to change the drop-off location I was just offered another number to call. I'm just fed up with the whole experience and will never use U-Haul again.
William CThe app froze when returning equipment and would not let me finish with picture input, there should be a feature if the app experience any kind of issues you should be able to return and complete procedures instead of just completing when the app is closed.
