The equipment was clean but the running lights didn’t work. Staff checked the turn signals and brake lights, they were operational but we didn’t notice that the running lights were out until it got dark. We had to drive with the hazards on all the way from about Mesa to Pine.

CHARLES KCheck to make sure the lights work. Inside of trailer was dirty. It appeared as if homeless were living in trailer and evidence of smoking crack was left in trailer.
