They didn’t have four wheel furniture dollies. We prepaid for this and they were not available.

The gal asked if I smoked in the vehicle, I do not smoke, however you probably have in your fleet that do smell like they have, it's not good when you're asked, and you think are the gonna charge me? They didn't, better not! Other than that, mission accomplished, thanx uhaul!....

MYRANDA BThe equipment was clean but the running lights didn’t work. Staff checked the turn signals and brake lights, they were operational but we didn’t notice that the running lights were out until it got dark. We had to drive with the hazards on all the way from about Mesa to Pine.
