FABIAN Othe location was great the app failed me again, I had truck reserved at House of Roses only to find out when dropped off that I did not, you offered little help on the phone finding me a 10 foot or making sure I got the 10 foot rate, just kept pointing and mentioning it was someone else who handled that etc... I got my truck at Central Kitchen they were great, but UHAUL - phone service was not and the app made a mistake again, I should have been given rate on 10 foot truck and able to line up and clear up all with customer service
