I spent over an hour picking up the keys to a larger truck than I initially selected at a location that was 30 min out of my way from where I initally chose. I had to offer 4 different phone numbers and repeat mine over a dozen times only to complete the rental over the phone because their system went "down." The person at the desk took a photo of my partners ID on his personal phone without asking in order to complete the transaction. I will never go back to this location again.
