The dropoff location is not acceptable at all. I had to call Uhaul by phone just to verify that I handed the keys to the right person. There is no safe place to do a self return unless you call the number for the auto yard and get vague directions to an empty lot.

The first person I delt with was horrible! The o my reason I completed my transaction is they were the only location thst had what I needed in 45 miles.
CHRISTOPHER TIn summary, it’s a half hazard car dealership. The uhaul equipment is far around the corner. At the “lot” there is next to zero parking. I’ll give the guy props, he answered the phone and explained it. Was honest that he was missing the hand truck I needed. The trailer had several lights out. Mechanicaly that’s all that was wrong. A bit of room for improvement.
