Dropped the vehicle off over a week ago (June 3rd). I knew there would be some additional charges. Talked to the representative (who was not easy to get ahold of) at the drop-off location the day after drop-off requesting a receipt and was told it would be sent in 20 mins. I received a receipt on June 9th regarding the additional charges. Furthermore, the representative didn’t even know the vehicle was parked outside his gate, which was locked when I dropped the vehicle and the only option was to park it outside his fence.

Joseph SYes, and no because if you wanna do in person, it’s hard because it wasn’t a building that you could actually go into but yes if you like to do self serve or you just pick up the key and do the app all by yourself then it would be a good location
