Customer service was great.
SUSAN CThe office was closed when we got there. I had to mKe calls to have someone show up. We filled the tank of gas back to the place we received the truck and was still charged $35. For fueling. The truck had wet blankets and dirty socks in it also when we picked up.
WILLIAM HI was charged cleaning fee for foot prints also I signed up for a actual U-Haul facility for a 10 foot truck my reservation was switched to a contracted company who let someone else take the 10 foot before me and stuck me with a 15 foot….then I needed to use it another day and was charged the price for a 15 foot truck when it was their fault I even had a fifteen foot truck also I signed up for no insurance somehow was billed for it anyway I would never recommend these people
ERICA TMake sure and count the moving blankets before you leave. I was told there were 24 blankets before I left. Should have checked, there were only 20. Other than that , truck ran great and people were very nice.
JEFFREY SThe man running the place when I returned the truck stated he didn't know anything about my receipt and or my refund, he didn't explain the rates because of ver the phone the lady explained it was 1995 for 6 hours and 2995 for 8. I returned the truck in 4, then he told me he couldn't help me right now because he had personal business to take care of. The customer service was good when I picked up the truck, the CS was horrid when returning the truck. He said those aren't my trucks they just park them here.

CARLOS CAlthough we arrived a few minutes early for pick up. There was no credible person to help us pick up. This location looks to be a used car lot that happens to have a few U-Haul trucks and trailers for rent. We had to wait for the “paperwork guy” to arrive. We got the trailer hooked up. Overall it was just a strange interaction and a strange place. Especially when there is a very large location less than a mile away, which is the location we thought we were renting from.
