Make sure the customer understands that the card he uses to secure the reservation may not be used to pick up the rental if it's a debit card. Spent 30 plus minutes trying to find a credit card to use. Got an attitude from the guy we were renting it from stating he had better things to do

Carrie RI originally signed up for a 10 foot truck in Franklin NJ. Eventually I was contacted that it was not available there but in Sparta. I expressed concern that I had to go 10 miles to get it and then 10 miles to my house.to eventually load up and take to storage 4 miles from my house. They said due to the change site the mileage would be adjusted. When I got to Sparta I was told that there was no 10 truck but a 15 foot truck but it was $10 more. I asked about mileage adjustment and they said they knew nothing about it. I eventually called UHaul service to express my displeasure and they have taken the info down to consider adjusting all. I hope this happens to keep me as a customer.
