This is not the fault of the drop off location at all. We were disappointed with U-Haul and the fact that we were not able to drop off our rental in the town which was our final destination. To me, that is the whole point of using U-Haul. You should be able to drop off the rental when you arrive at your final destination rather than driving 20 miles the opposite direction after you unload.
