I was given a truck with no gas in it, and had to back the truck out of the lot onto a main road. Terrible start to my experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent customer service
RADIA RExcellent service by friendly personnel.
BRENT CLocation is dirty, trucks are parked in the dirt and under trees. Bugs were all throughout the truck
Elijah RI had a difficult time using the portal because the WiFi was very weak and spotty. I had to call the customer service number to help me with the reservation and once I was able to get the key and the vehicle, everything was perfect. No problems with the vehicle. Very clean and drove well without any problems. Thank you.
