good but when I called to find out about the extra charge that turned out to just be the mileage charge instead of just telling me it was a mileage charge or anything they just directed me to a 1-800 number and it just seems that was unnecessary

Darlene PEverything was great, especially the manager. The only difficulty was that the whole rental process had to be done electronically on my cheap smart phone. It took a long time and ultimately failed to go through. Thankfully, the manager was able to do a work around on her computer. The rest of the experience was great.
