Nothing, the 2 ladies at the spring hill fl office are totally amazing, absolutely great friendlly, professional service all with a great attitude and smile. Henry UNice lady at customer service desk, give her a pay increase. Rental van have old fashion roll up windows which i haven't seen for a long time in new vehicles. Right side mirror cannot be adjusted which is a major safety hazard. Had to resort to excessive lean and look through passenger mirror. Inform nice lady about this.
