The owner/employee was worries more about his gas station customers then myself. He was very hard to understand and rude when I asked any questions.

This location did not provide the furniture pads that I had pre-ordered. I was switched to this location from the one that I reserved at along with having the size of my truck switched from 10' to 15'. I'll blame U-Haul for the location and truck switch. Not having the furniture pads is unacceptable.
