Location did not specify they would be closed and virtual check-in would be required; virtual check-in was NOT intuitive; truck had blood smear on driver’s side seat; I was charged for pads and a roller dolly (in truck) I did not request. Since store was not open, I had no way to remedy these problems other than pictures and comments-not sure what that will do?
