Guys at East Town are awesome but unfortunately your shit ass up makes this pretty difficult to give five stars. Also customer service seems incredibly unwilling to serve their customers.

Cynthia HThe rig was clean and I was told that the rattling noise would stop once the truck was under way. When you turned on the truck the TOW light was always on and you had to disengage the option. After the truck ran for a little while the rattling did decrease. We just love the staff at this location. They are always ready to help and are very friendly and make the paperwork flow so well.
