I ordered two dollies, one appliance dolly and furniture blankets with my truck pick up. None of the equipment was in my u-haul and no one let me know that it was not available. I had to do my move without what I needed. I did not make my reservation at this location. I was called by uhaul and told my location had been moved. The pick up process was confusing. The drop off process takes too long. The truck was dirty on the inside and in the back. The windshield was filthy.

MICHAEL GThe back of the truck was not clean, as I was expected to (and did) return it. I was charged for an extra day, when I only had the truck for 8.5 hours on the same day. Neither Uhaul nor Klein Mini Storage has bothered to reply to my email communication attempts, regarding the extra day charge.
