MARCUS BI rented a truck and a dolly. When I got to my location there was no ramp on the trucks which means I couldn’t use the dolly. I had to take the truck back immediately and was gone a total of 15-20 mins, I was told by the person working at location and the customer service agent that I should be able to get a refund. Got a callback today and the person lied and said I was gone 40mins and I wouldn’t get a refund because none of the 10ft trucks come with ramps. Yes I should’ve looked but, once I asked for a dolly the no ramp thing should’ve been brought up. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and wouldn’t even think about using U-Haul again
