Truck stunk of cigarette smoke (I have asthma) and bed was full dirt rusty nails and screws prior to rental. Filled tank up to agreed level before returning. Receipt shows a $21 ez fuel charge? Then two days later charged me an additional $45 with no notice or receipt...???!!!
