My only issue was when I went to replace the gas I had used, I replaced more than I used which was not fair. The tank was at 7/8 full when I rented it. My recommendation would be to ensure all gas tanks start at completely full, so a customer does not have to guess how much to refill upon return. Otherwise it was a great experience that I would do again.

Sarah LAbout an hour after we picked up the truck and were on the road, the AC went out. We called to get another truck. They sent roadside assistance which delayed our trip for several hours. The compressor was bad. After that, we got another truck in Baton Rouge. So the original truck from Spring was not in good condition.
Kurt PAs a woman I moved & drove the 26’ truck with a trailer that had my car on it. The man there was very insistent that I back the truck and trailer in away from in front of his dumpster. I informed him I couldn’t back it in. He just kept telling me there was no one else there to back it up for him. I refused in concern I would damage the truck or trailer. An expressed that to him. If I would’ve damaged it he would’ve charged me in damages. The truck was returned in the same condition I took it.
