DANIEL NI booked a reservation online for a 10 foot truck. It was supposed to cost $19.99 and $.89 per mile. I declined rental insurance. I also declined extra equipment. I declined supplies. I had the truck for one hour. I put 5 miles on the truck. I stopped and put $7 of gas and dropped it off with 1/8 tank of gas. The exact amount of gas it had when I picked it up. I should’ve only been charged $25 - $30 but U-Haul decided to add a bunch of fees charge me for not putting gas in the truck so the total bill came out to $95 And it is a hassle to get your money back. I would never rent from U-Haul ever again. This company is not very honest. .
rocky cDrop off place was the one in I-45 N and not the poorly managed Phoenix store. The lady that was there was so accommodating. When she saw me waiting for my lyft, she made me wait inside and even offered some water. Little things that will make your customers feel valued and appreciated, especially that the services that they offer aren’t free at all.
alfredo dSebastian and his father were top shelf. I drove my primary vehicle there and was able to leave it on the lot and drive off in a rental for two days. No need for somebody to take me back to pick my car up with me.. It was a great experience.
