The truck was wonderful probably the best U-Haul truck I’ve ever driven the place. I picked up at Phoenix. The staff there was wonderful. My only complaint when I got to the house and opened the door to get into the back of the truck. There were blankets everywhere the floor was nasty full of trash. I don’t remember being asked to open the door and take a picture when I picked it up, but it did ask me when I dropped off. Maybe I missed it but overall really happy it was a really good truck to drive.

Maureen LThey did not check the equipment in for over a week. I got emails and calls saying the trailer was over due. I had to be on no less than 4 calls trying to explain that I did drop the trailer off a day early. It was a terrible experience
