Absolutely worst experience ive ever had with uhaul. Must i point out that Uhaul had nothing todo with it. The negative experience came from the location manager or owner. Nothing that they can do will fix or change my perception of their business. They are scum and represent uhaul poorly. They need to be investigated and dismissed from the uhaul company. I will use uhaul again, i will not use Cheema Auto again. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

Tight squeeze in between so many vehicles they are repairing
DONALD BNo one was present when I arrived. Waited over 30 minutes. When the agent arrived and I was given the keys I opened the cargo van doors and the vans interior was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and I brought this to the attention of the attendant. He looked into the van as if it were no big deal and said "ok". Ok what sir? Your equipment is absolutely filthy. He had another cargo van that was not rented out on the lot which I inquired about and he was not willing to switch me to. This was a HORRIFIC experience for me and i will NEVER rent from this location again. I was totally DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!

AZFAR CWhen I picked up the u haul the customer service was great .The experience drop off was not I got a call saying the truck I turned in wasn't the right you u haul them she wanted me to call the first u haul and ask about the truck she wanted me to do her job very unprofessional
