Twice now i had tried to rent a uhaul from this location. The first time it was a trailer. They told me I didn’t have the right sized receiver, which I did have the correct one. Left without a trailer and majorly messed up my move. Tried to give them a second chance. Get there on my moving day and they told me their Internet was down and they could not rent me the truck. I had already done the online check in. They said there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked them to call uhaul. They did and were then able to rent me the truck. After that they said “good luck getting the truck out of the dirt lot next to the gas station”. It had rained and was super muddy. They didn’t offer to help me and watched me struggle. Never go to this location for anything.

Very customer oriented and represented the u-haul company very professional. Fixed the prtoblem given to me from the original rental in Tyler , Texas.
DON BI made my reservation online and when I arrived at the location in Spring Valley AZ they had a hard time finding my reservation and no one came out to hook up the car tow dolly to the vehicle thank goodness for the gentlemen that was with me knew what he was doing then when trying to pay the lady told me the card I had was not acceptable I explained to her that I had just used it prior a month and a half before and had no problems with the card then she realized I had to have a deposit which I already knew after the payment was processed and I went to go leave with the tow dolly I asked if somebody wanted to come out and inspect it and one of the employees said no it was my responsibility to take pictures of it which I do know that is not my responsibility then when I returned the tow dolly two and a half hours later the lady that was trying to return it was not was not properly trained and had to call customer service to learn how to return it she did not understand that it was a tow dolly for a car she asked me if it was a furniture dolly yes at this point I was getting frustrated knowing that it does not take long to return it since I previously worked for U haul years ago this location needs to have employees that are knowledgeable of the procedures of how to rent equipment and have better customer service I will only be renting equipment from Cordes Lakes Hardware store from now on their customer service is excellent they have friendly knowledgeable staff
AMY MThis wasn’t a “full” U-Haul location, just a small trading post and gas station. The staff didn’t really know the procedure and kept waiting quite a while.
PETER KI originally scheduled The pick up at a major u-haul center. It was then moved 20 miles out of the way to a vacant lot next to a mini mart due to trailer availability. They knew nothing about the trailer nor did they have a needed adaptor for the lites which I had to get elsewhere.
