evenel zWe showed up and our U-Haul was blocked in by another U-Haul. We were on the phone (mostly on hold) with customer service for an hour before someone told us to go into the establishment. The ‘establishment’ was a liquor store on the other side of the building with no signage what so ever. There were no signs near where the trucks are. No signs on the liquor store. Absolutely no way to know where to go. I will never rent a U-Haul from this spot again. The truck was also so dusty and dirty inside that we had to wash our clothes after. Such a bad experience
