The website quoted me a price. The location charged me double that quote. Then told me they close at 3:30 so don't worry about the return time. Then they charged me double again, so I was charged 4 times the amount I was quoted and agreed to on the website!DALE T.

Upon return of the truck, my ride got to the office a couple of minutes before I did. A disheveled young man with 2 dogs came out yelling at her, insisting that my young niece roll down her window (she did not, why would a young woman do this for a stranger yelling at her?). She felt threatened. It was after hours. He told her that she was parked incorrectly and he made her move off of the property. She then she had to promptly turn around and return when I arrived a moment later with the truck. I will not use this U-Haul office in Springdale again and I will tell my friends to not use it also.BRENDA M.

Renting agent late to location. Cargo area not checked by agent â€” previous renters used blankets, dolly and appliance dolly were in back when I opened door to load. Truck parked such that she had to help guide me to work it out of that spot to drive it off. The reason I reserved there was due to proximity to my storage unit and opening time. Usually rent from corporate location on Hwy 71. Will use corporate location next time if possibleALAN B.

It said this came with a ramp. It didn't have a ramp. It was a problem for us when we rented it, mainly because, pianos can go out of tune if jostled too much which is why we needed this ramp. It was also harder on my boyfriend's back and caused him more trouble. We didn't know it didn't have a ramp until we got down to the location to load, or else we would have called to ask about it, and by then it was too late anyway and we would not have been able to come back to the location due to time constraints. It would be appreciated if there was clarification on whether or not it indeed came with a ramp before renting the trailer. Other than that, the people were late getting to the location to open their store so my boyfriend had to wait for a little bit longer than planned. It would be nice if they could plan to be there on time, especially since I called the afternoon before to make sure someone would be there and that the trailer was going to be available. The trailer was still available and clean so that's why I gave 3 stars. However, I would lean towards using a different location next time and would only use this location again if a dealer with a higher rating wasn't available.Keema W.
When I walked in they were sleeping on the desk. I wanted a 17 foot and she said there was none in the area except for her 15 foot. Which I know is not true because I had looked it up the night before. Customer service was not her strong point. Then she didn't inspect the truck with me. No dolly or moving equipment on except for the pads. The pads were wadded up and in a mess and soaked with water. Broken glass and debris all in the back of the truck. I was charged 137 for the rental and she said to hurry back with it as well. I would not use that location ever again. Worse U-Haul I have used. I feel like it was a waste of my money. They let me know I wouldn't get charged extra but still over charged for what I got. Very disappointing.JOE B.
U-Haul needs to better review contracts up front and not later be told after dropping off equipment that $$$$$$ is owed. I picked up my car dolly on the 5th and to be dropped off on the 16th at a different location. When I came in to drop off the lady on the front desk automatically told my I owe $200.00 plus. I told her that I paid full amount at original location and that I wasn't late to drop off equipment. I also told her that I wasn't going to pay triple the original amount and that demand that someone from higher up to call me and to better explain to me the reason behind on paying a ridiculous amount before charging my card. I went to original U-Haul place to complain and it showed I didn't owe anything. The lady up front told me that she will look into it and call with in an hour. She called and said there was nothing owed. I asked for an explanation and she couldn't tell me one. It's not right to be told out of no where that I needed to pay triple amount of my original amount paid after coming home from vacation and dropping off equipment. Just disappointed...David R.
1. I called previous to pick up stating I will pick up the trailer in 20 minutes. I arrive and door was locked and I had to continue to wait while lady was next door at an apt complex. 2. I was never informed trailer had to be returned to the same location. I don't use U-Haul often. My understanding is we can return them to any U-Haul location. 3. Lady never walked out to check off trailer with me. This not knowing the correct trailer she was giving me. 4. Lady input wrong number causing more confusion to the location and wither the trailer was returned or not. Not impressed with the service.JASON G.
Was charged an additional $40 even after receiving an offer to save $40 by agreeing to return the trailer to a location much further from the location to which I travelled. Had I known the discount would not be applied, I would've returned the trailer to a location 2 miles away rather than 15 miles. When I called the pickup location about it I was told that's a corporate offer and would have to contact corporate. I did however receive a $20 discount because the owner/manager wasn't available at the time of pick up.Byron K.

No one helped and if they did help it was very little plus there was a blinker out and replaced it then it worked but I was nor refunded for the coat of the tail light I have to go back to talk to manager.
