No employee knew how to check out U-Haul. Messed up my reservation. 3 employees trying to figure it out. Trailer was dirty, had to go to auto parts store to buy a trailer light extension. Took over 2 hrs to get trailer. Cost me almost 100 dollars over quoted reserved price.
