In fairness to Jimmy's my rental was with a different location and they were filling in. However, my rental was in person at 10a, was subsequently delayed to 1045a, and no employee was present forcing me to check in and out through the app I didn't want to use. I was not pleased this caused a delay in my rental beyond the shift of desired rental time. Further, verifying no furniture pads were present and desiring to rent them, there was no one available to help resolve and I was ultimately charged for renting material I was never given. In the end, I am greatful Jimmy's was able to help make my move happen on time, but an employee present at the location would have easily made this a 5 star review.

I used the app for pick up, due to business being closed, which was fine but would have preferred to work with a person. I tried to find someone at drop off but the business still seemed closed. The only door was locked. I had a question about my bill and didn’t want to deal with the app but wasn’t able to talk to anyone. I didn’t like dealing with a non-U-Haul location, especially one that had no one around. I would not pick up from that location again. I wanted to pick up at at a U-Haul location but the truck wasn’t available there.
Nick OThey forgot my Dollies but i still got charged for them. The gas level was below what was put on the contract as well. Make sure to take pictures of everything!

Matthew KThe app experience was a huge frustration and cost me 2 hours to get through the agreement. I had to call customer service multiple times to get a manual overrides. Never again will I rent a truck this way.
