The truck was/is out of alignment. I had to keep the steering wheel to the left as anytime I had the steering wheel straight, the truck would veer off to the right. I almost hit a vehicle several times because of this. I couldn't go above 55 mph on my trip from Springfield to Kansas City. The speed limit is 65-70 most of the trip with exception to driving through Clinton, Mo. I called about an hour and an half into the trip when I realized the truck was out of alignment and all I got was â€œWe're sorry to hear that. Please bring the truck back and we'll get you into a different one tomorrow.â€ How does that help me when I'm already 1/3 of the way into my trip? I wasted so much gas and time with this truck and I was still charged the same amount. To be honest, I'm not please with Uhual.Jason R.

You guys need to make your user interface a bit more customer friendly. Maybe a better overview of the process would be beneficial. You asked about the mileage and gas level before giving the key code. You kind of put the cart in front of the horse here.Dominic K.
Checkout was weird no clear indication of were to pick up or drop off U-Haul, had to call, there was a whole twin bed frame in the back of the U-Haul and we never got our 6 moving blankets, we called 3 times to request refund and let them know with no reply.KENT W.
1) Give the location the correct codes for vehicles that are locked. If we would have picked up after hours like we planned we would have been screwed. District manager had to come from 45 mins away to open truck. 2) In the app, have a way to show what the gas was (maybe from previous pic) When moving trying to keep up w one piece of paper is ridiculous! 3) Our truck leakedDoug D.
Bar codes were unable to be scanned and photos were not accepted. The small "x" to note damage was nearly invisible on the truck compared to the company website. Live assistance by phone was not available without a wait. Very time consuming and no on site assistance. I wasted an hour of rental time on the "check-in" and pick up my vehicle process. I had to take a video of the vehicle to ensure damages that existed were recorded and verifiable, if needed. THE Absolute worst rental experience one could imagine!Phillip R.
