Of any U-haul rental facility which I have visited in Northern Virginia (this is the 3rd one over the years), this location was by far the best!! The workers were helpful, friendly, and courteous. The selection of equipment also far exceeded my expectations.

Both driver's door and passenger door barely latched closed. Driver door made large squack opening and closing because of dent over gap between front left fender and door itself.

I reserved a cargo van at 7 am on a sunday to do a couple of furniture deliveries. The online uhaul "check-in" system didn't work--the key code I was given was for the key for a different van. I had to wait an hour until the place opened, royally screwing up my plans for the morning. Fortunately, when the place did open, Ryan was able to sort things out so that I was able to finish up all of my deliveries. He's a great employee. Without him this would have been a one-star review.

Ryan and Andy were amazing at everything. Their customer service was top notch and so appreciative. When you’re moving, the last thing you want to deal with is an attitude and they made it so pleasant. The only thing I noticed it can get a bit busy at this location (which is great!) but maybe have more available customer service representatives would be helpful.

When customer checks in for pick up, ask them if they need to pick up any supplies. I did the express check in and included mattress bag to be picked up in store, and forgot to get it thinking that it was grabbed my the front desk.

The vehicles are all spread out over a very large parking lot. Requires too much walking and searching for your vehicle. The express pick up was a waste of time and utterly useless. The app did not work. I still had to go inside and pick up my keys. So much for efficiency. I understand apps can be plagued by bugs but then don't push it so hard on your customers.

The lady named Claris M. was very accommodating I was surprised that she even came out to help us hook the trailer up.I've been to other U-Haul locations but not as good a service as yours.However the other service clerk African American was avoiding and was choosing who she wanted to service.We noticed that with my son in law.I think you should get rid of her asap.She saw Claris was handling 4 other customers.Give Claris a pay raise or a bonus.

Ryan checked me out, he did well at the desk. Christopher checked me back in. Their customer interaction was fine. Unfortunately the vehicle had an odor and large spot 2'×3' in the back that had not been cleaned from previous use. I put plastic over your rubber mat for my use. Also the windows were very dirty on the inside. The vehicle drove fine, but not clean.

The weatherstripping around the drivers door leaked so severely that it became an annoyance during the entire trip. The steering was difficult as it pulled left constantly. One of the tie down rails was pulled out of the wall so could not be used to tie to.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered; the truck needed major repairs and delayed my trip and caused major issues with my schedule. I was given the runaround I had to repeatedly call back before finally getting service. The truck had a hole in the cabin it was loud and noisy and leaked rain inside of the cabin of the truck. This truck should have never been used for a long-range trip or issue to a customer in its current state. They exhaust system had a hole in it where the exhaust fumes entered into the cabin of the truck this was awful, no one should have to go through this from a world-class professional service. I definitely would like to receive a phone call from your customer service or somewhere well-liked can file a formal complaint. I don’t feel that I should have to pay for such bad representation of your company I should receive a full refund. To whomever receive this message feel free to call to further discuss this debacle
