My drop-off experience was very disappointing. I asked for help removing the tow dolly strap because I had already tried and could not do it myself. The employee who came to assist did not seem properly trained and appeared to be tightening the strap instead of releasing it. I only mentioned the release lever because I had just looked it up on YouTube, not because I knew how to do it myself. When I returned the key, the supervisor questioned why I had asked for help if I “knew how to do it,” which I felt was unfair and unprofessional. I was paying for a service and simply expected basic assistance and respectful treatment. I returned the equipment in good condition and even with extra fuel, but I was not satisfied with the customer service at this location

We ordered a wheel dolly yet we didn’t get one. I really don’t believe they either had one or they then want to take the time to get one. As my nephew went to ask for one and he didn’t return with it. But other than that, everything went smoothly.
STEPHEN KI dropped off the equipment in the morning and they processed it as delivered at 3pm, I was charged an extra $30 and want it refunded immediately.
ANTHONY CHave to do the paperwork online which is fine, but they have limited cell service and won’t share the WiFi so it is very slow and cumbersome. If they are not going to have a clerk available for scheduled times the. They should offer WiFi
