The drive and parking area is full of potholes. Very bumpy to drive on. But we chose the location because it was closest to us and would choose it again because of its location. Just hope they work on the drive and parking lot sometime soon. we did not talk to anyone. We dropped the keys in the overnight box.

Charlotte WTrailer was not at the arranged location, waited on hold for 30 minutes.
DREW SDrop off point was 7 miles out of town, no one around to help with it or look at it if everything was ok. Not happy about it.
