Drop off point was 7 miles out of town, no one around to help with it or look at it if everything was ok. Not happy about it.

We dropped off here and Yes they were Friendly and Understanding with Us being so Tired from the Long Trip and Honored our 1 way Free Storage for a Month even though they weren't with a Corporate Uhaul Facility they told Us but they did it so We were Happy because it was Written in the Truck also and We we're Told about it in Florida before we Left that it Includes the 1 Month Free Storage when we got to Tennessee.

The location was unmanned. We never received a code to pick up trailer. We called and were notified the right size was dropped off at another location further away. We got to location and had to wait in line to get trailer. By time we got trailer. We were 1 1/2 hours behind. Makes a long moving day, even longer and more frustrating.

This is an unmanned location and someone dropped the ball on giving me a gate code but once I called Uhaul they advised me to just drop it outside the gate.

24 hour check in did not work and neither did returning the truck. I had to call someone to get help with the app and the website.

No U-Haul identifiers visible. Locked gate with no indication as to how to return the truck. It looked like I was in the wrong place. Had to call help line which resulted in getting the info I needed to open the gate and return the truck

there was no one at the Drop Off Location - the gate was locked and I didn't have the code for the key pad. Multiple calls to them went un-answered. Luckily a lady was exiting the location and she let us in. Will NEVER recommend this location.

Worst customer service ever

First the address given to us was not the correct one it took us down a residential street with no way to turn around with trailer. Then when reached the correct location the lady working could not assist in getting the trailer in place. She only gave directions when it was apparent not getting the trailer backed into a spot between another trailer and someone’s car. This was very stressful after a long trip to deal with someone who could not assist. Would never opt to drop off here next time
