This location is a very small operation out of a small gas station / convenience store. The attendant was repeatedly interrupted by paying customers during our checkout process. He was great and a very pleasant young man but U-Haul rental is not their priority.

Spent 1.5 hours picking up trailer. System was “locked”. Untrained personnel with language barrier. Field Rep was contacted but also could not help. Ended up canceling reservation and making but cost was 20% higher than original reservation.
