I reserved a UHaul in Mayfield and when we called, they did not have the truck we reserved. Since we were traveling 3 hours to move our son, we had to go down in Tennessee which really added the miles on our rental. The lady at dispatch was rude to my son. He was told we would get $50 off but that didn’t happen. Although service was good at this location, I was very disappointed to learn that reservations mean nothing to the customer. You may not get your truck and you don’t get a refund for the extra miles or inconvenience.

Lady at location didn't know how to check in my return. Dropped trailer as it was 45 minutes back to our home if I wanted to return latter. Got return receipt about 2 hours latter
