This was probably amongst the worst experience I have ever had with any business, they over charged me and until today I have not received a refund from them or even a follow back even thought I had contacted them many times . They should not be running a business they are giving U-HAUL a terrible name.

DELLASONDRA PMake sure the air conditioner in the unit works properly. It would run for about 10 seconds and then shut down. Did this all the way from Utah to Arizona.
