Customer Service at this location was terrible. Overall, it was a very disappointing transaction. When I made the reservation, I asked if a 10 foot truck was available, I was told that the they did not have a 10 foot truck but they had a 15. I said that would be much better. I will take that. When I picked up went to pick up the truck I was told that “oh we don’t have a 15 foot available”, even though there was one in the parking lot. And I ended up having to get a 10 foot truck. I was also told when I made the reservation that it would be $.99 a mile. However, I was charged $1.29 a mile. When I asked about it, the same girl that made the reservation for me was the one that was at the site where I picked up the truck, and she said “oh they must have raised the price.” As it turned out the 10 foot truck was not large enough for what I had to move. Even with an extra car, I could not make it in one trip. I had arranged for help at the Pick-up site to get the truck loaded. But the next day when I had to go back and make another 99 mile trip, I was unable to get help and ended up having to do it by myself. At a minimum I would like to be refunded the extra $30 that I should not have had to pay, and some compensation for having to make the extra hundred mile trip.
