Get somebody that will listen to the customer be cause he was no help at all. I called to complain that I was 200$ overcharged for a day rental and going 25 kn. They said there was half a tank in the truck when I took it but my pic proved there wasn't and that I went over 80 km with it because that's what the km said which was false. I did get reimbursed for gas they charged me for but they charged me for 2 days because I was an hour late getting it back but the cashier oked it when I called her an hour and a half before I was suppose to have it back. And alls they would say is call U-Haul which I did the day before but he didn't listen or take care of most of the concerns. After being reimbursed some of what I paid it looks like I'm still getting charged 157$ and now I get no response from them. So ya I'm a pissed off😡

Teresa VI booked my van last minute. No problems when picking up the unit Had only 1 issue. They charged me the insurance $16 which I did not authorize. But they were really quick to rectify the issue and gave a credit back to my credit card! 😊 The young lady was very friendly and happy to help me with anything I needed.
