I booked my van last minute. No problems when picking up the unit Had only 1 issue. They charged me the insurance $16 which I did not authorize. But they were really quick to rectify the issue and gave a credit back to my credit card! 😊 The young lady was very friendly and happy to help me with anything I needed.

Wolfram KThe staff member who assisted me displayed extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. He used disrespectful language, saying things like “I’m waiting, come on, come on,” and “Go ahead, I’m not going to help you.” This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable for a frontline employee and reflects a serious lack of respect toward customers. Immediate action should be taken to address this behavior.
