Make sure you confirm the details before you leave the store, there was a mix up and I had to come Back later for the truck but I had time so that was OK for me but maybe not if you need it for a set time.

Todd MI had reserved a 15’ cube van with both appliance and furniture dolly. As well a dozen blankets. I was called and told my pickup location had been changed and I stressed if the extras I had requested would be there.. The agent assured me that I just had to ask. When I picked up the rental none of the supplies were available. Thanks goodness I had borrowed a friend’s dolly or I would have had to buy one to use. By far the poorest experience with U-Haul to date.
