I ordered online and requested 2 dollies. When I got to the U-Haul service outlet they said they don't provide dollies. As well, the van had not been swept a d was dirty. I was shocked to see no ramp nor furniture blankets. I will not be using this location again.

Bradley RThe young lady was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a rental vehicle.
John JThe cab of the uhaul was so dirty and full of previous renters garbage. I filled the truck up to where it was when I got it and they still charged me a $15 furl charge when it couldn't even hold $15 of fuel. All the check engine lights were on, and the unit was sketchy to drive, thankfully I was only moving a few blocks. Will not be recommending this location or even uhaul as they wouldn’t make it right when i contacted them to let them know about my experience this time
