The staff member who assisted me displayed extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. He used disrespectful language, saying things like “I’m waiting, come on, come on,” and “Go ahead, I’m not going to help you.” This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable for a frontline employee and reflects a serious lack of respect toward customers. Immediate action should be taken to address this behavior.

Fix the air conditioner!!! Did not always start the first time I turned the Key.
Janet SWhile the vehicle was clean the mirrors were seized and very difficult to adjust. Driver's side mirror was separated partially from the door mount. Needs to be repaired.
