whoever was inside at the desk (a girl and a guy, working on august 5th at 3pm) was incredibly rude, and refused to give me my keys when i went to pick up my truck. when i went inside, i showed the guy at the desk my completed check in, and the instructions “skip the line and go pick up your keys”, he asked for my drivers license, then took pictures of the front and back and called over the female employee who told me it would be $400. she then came over and immediately got on the phone with someone about wanting to check me in, and the guy asked for a secondary contact (even though i had done that when i completed the check in), and told me to wait a couple of minutes. he comes back and says that i made a mistake and i booked the truck for 30 days, when on the app it showed me that i had it to be picked up at 3pm and returned it at 5pm. he then said “oh yeah that’s because i fixed it for you” and insisted i just made a mistake. i tried to show them my receipt and my confirmation email but he refused to look. then i asked them if i could please have my keys because it had been 15 minutes and i had a tight time frame. nobody in there knew what they were doing and it was incredibly inconvenient, and i was spoken to in a really demeaning way, terrible experience. they also held onto my drivers license until they finally gave me the keys to the rental truck. not nice about it at all and i heard them talking poorly of me when i got to the door to leave

If you are going provide a service you should be educated on that service. I had ordered a furniture dolly, the location did not have the dolly. They sh9ukdnt be an option to rent if they aren't at the location pick up. Also went to return the dolly and the store wasn't even open. Uhaul said they should open at 9, online said they open at 10, guy showed up at 10:20. Wasted an hour of my day and on moving day an hour is a lot of time to he behind.
Keri YVan should be cleaned inside. Floor/seats were dirty with debris. Windows should also be cleaned. If I had the van for a longer period of time I would have done this as a courtesy. Pick up time was for 10:00 but the attendant running the store did not arrive until 10:15. With the paperwork I lost a hours time. She did apologize. Evening return was easy and the Fellow running the store at that time was very friendly and helpful.

Neel KSo, when I reserved it online my total for 3 hours was 40$ , when I came to pick it up lady mention that she doing it first time and not sure what to do, so she added me a safety, then I said I don’t need it, somehow I was charged 67.29 and I drove 11km only and returned 20 minutes earlier. Please figure out something because it’s not normal, it’s clear scam
